Hopefully, we'll hear more about Biomutant soon. Most recently, Lars Wingefors, the CEO of Embracer Group - the parent company to THQ Nordic - said that the Biomutant devs are ambitious to "offer a lot of replayability" and that it's a "huge game." He also confirmed again that the team is "in the final completion of the game." The game looks like a big mash-up of genres, and it will be interesting to see how these all fit together. It would be good to see some more updates on Biomutant soon, which is definitely one of the most intriguing launches coming up. We did hear way back at the beginning of 2020 that Biomutant is in the "final stages" of development, with new gameplay footage and new features being revealed a few months later, so 2021 does look promising. It had been thought that Biomutant was expected to launch in Q1 of this year, which did seem a little soon for a game we hadn't heard much about lately, but THQ Nordic confirmed to GI.biz that the release window is actually just 2021.
